Questions About Our Factory and Production
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment so we can prepare the relevant departments for your visit. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm the schedule and access requirements.
Can you arrange a video factory tour?
Yes. If traveling is not practical, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production areas and equipment, or send recorded footage of the relevant processes.
What information is required before sampling?
We usually need your logo or artwork, the hat style or reference images, target quantity, preferred materials or colors, decoration method and your expected delivery date. If some details are still open, we can recommend options during the review.
How long does sample development take?
Sample lead time depends on the hat style, materials and decoration method. As a general reference, samples are usually developed within about 7 to 10 days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed.
How do you control bulk production quality?
Production follows the approved sample and the recorded specifications. Materials, decoration, sewing, shape and measurements are checked at key stages, and a final inspection is carried out before packing.
Can you handle repeat orders?
Yes. We keep the confirmed specifications from previous orders as the production reference, which helps repeat orders stay consistent in materials, colors, measurements and decoration.
Can you provide custom labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven and printed labels, care labels, branded sweatbands, hang tags, stickers, poly bags, boxes and shipping cartons can be produced according to your requirements.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes. We work with international freight forwarders and can prepare packing details and export documents according to the delivery method you select. Shipping terms are quoted based on destination and order volume.
