What information is needed to receive a quotation?
Send us your logo or artwork, the hat style and quantity you have in mind, your preferred decoration method and an estimated delivery date. If some details are still open, we can recommend options during the review.
Can you help if I only have a logo or rough concept?
Yes. Many projects start from a logo, a reference image or a simple sketch. Our team can propose the construction, materials and decoration that suit your concept and budget.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our suggested starting quantity is 100 pieces per style and color combination. The final MOQ depends on the hat style, fabric, decoration method and packaging requirements.
How long does sample development take?
Sample development generally takes about 7 to 10 days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed. Timing can vary with material availability and decoration complexity.
Can I customize fabrics and colors?
Yes. We offer a wide range of stock fabrics and colors, and custom-dyed materials can be arranged for larger quantities. Color matching is based on the swatches you approve.
Which logo techniques do you offer?
Flat and 3D puff embroidery, woven, leather and rubber patches, screen printing, heat transfer and applique. We recommend a technique based on your artwork detail and the fabric you choose.
Can you create custom labels and packaging?

Do you ship internationally?
